Email Problem Persist After Switching from a Google to a Yahoo Email Address

Hi Mags:

I finally replaced my Google email account with a Yahoo email account and added it to my Salaroche.com contact form.

Now I get some of the emails sent from my Website, but only a few of them, not all.

Would you know how to fix this?

Kindly let me know.

Thank you for your attention.

If some emails are getting through then the contact form is definitely working. Are you sending a lot of tests yourself? This can sometimes trigger the mail server into assuming you're spamming, so might be quarantining or not delivering emails. I've never used Yahoo mail, so I don't know what their rules are - you could maybe raise a support ticket with them?

Mags:

OK, I'll try to open a support ticket with Yahoo.

Thank you for your attention.

Hi Mags:

I’m testing some other email services and in some of them there is no problem getting emails from my Contact form.

However, in the emails I get from my Website there is a text that you added that I would like to delete. I have looked for that text in the different forms related to the Contact page, but I haven’t been able to find it, so, I’m assuming you added some kind of a hidden form to my website.

The text in question is this one:

“The following email has been sent via the salaroche.com website (remember to copy & paste the email address below into the "To" field when replying!”

Could you please tell me how to delete that text?

Thank you for your attention and looking forward to hearing from you soon.

It's in the webassist/email/contact.php file - delete the line:

The following email has been sent via the salaroche.com website (remember to copy & paste the email address below into the "To" field when replying!

Mags:

Attached see a screenshot of the files I have in the Webassist/Email folder. I checked all of them and none of them has the text in question.

Thank you for your attention.

You didn't attach a screenshot, but I've just logged into your remote site and have taken a screenshot from there to show you where the file is. Open the file and you'll see the content in the second screenshot.

Mags:

Thank you for sending those files.

Don’t know why the screenshot doesn’t show to you. On my end, the screenshot is there.

I cannot locate the Webassist file you mention. The file “Capture_04110906.png” that you sent is very blurry and I cannot tell what it says.

The file “Capture2.png” is clear, but it doesn’t show any Webassist file name.

Thank you for your attention.

I've emailed the screenshot to your Yahoo address.

Mags can't see attachment because you check off the line that says

These attachments are private (viewable only by you, the person you are replying to, and WebAssist employees)
Next time, don't check that box. I can see it but it was too small to read anyway.
