Query takes over 3 minutes to load 2000 records

I have my queries which takes over 3 minutes to load 2000+ records. The more records, the longer it takes.

Sometimes I have to revert to Ajax

Is there a question here? Peeps can't help find a solution if you aren't specific.

Yes, there is.
I bought Data Bridge but as the records increase in the database the queries get slower to return the results.

The page crashes loading 2000 records.

I don't know the answer but perhaps other peeps more familiar with database sever issues can weigh in.

If it were my issue, I'd ask my server "gods" to check how the server database is working, if any issues.

Ignore this comment at will. I am not a power-user, but have used WA extensions for decades. I suspect it is a server issue, not a WA issue, but as I said, others here can help more than I can.

I have had huge shopping carts in the past with thousands of products and haven't had an issue.

I have database queries which regularly pull six figures of records with no issues. Could you give an example of a query which is causing this issue?
