Items not adding to cart

I am still having the problem of shipping not adding to cart, please see earlier messages. But now the cart is only adding the one item to the cart when more than one item is ordered. Luckily the Item Numbers are listed but not the actual items. I really would be grateful if you could get back to me on all these problems as it is becoming quite unworkable I'm afraid. Thanks
