Trouble with shipping on two sites

Ray you sent me some solutions for one of my sites (weebooksfirbigbairns.co.uk) but i am afraid they didn't work. I'm now having the same problem with another site (oldtheatreposters.co.uk) I have tried comparing files with those that work on other sites but can't see what the difference is. Are yoyu able to have a look for me? I have attached log in details for the oldposters site and have already sent the one for the weebooks site
