problem with WA_SiteTools_ProgressV2.js

I am setting up a new site and have put eCart on to it. I have got my API from Paypal, etc but when I try to update the Checkout Wizzard I get the attached error message. I have also attached a screenshot of the page it refers to but can't see what the problem is. Could you please help?

Close Dreamweaver and delete your winfilecache.dat file.

1) Locate the Dreamweaver user configuration folder:

Mac OS: [user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Dreamweaver [version]/[language]/Configuration
Windows 7 or Windows Vista: C:/Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Dreamweaver [version]/[language]/Configuration
Windows XP: C:/Documents and Settings/[user name]/Application Data/Adobe/Dreamweaver [version]/[language]/Configuration

2) Delete these files:

Windows: WinFileCache-xxxxxxxx.dat
Mac OS: MacFileCache-xxxxxxx.dat

The string of characters after "FileCache-" can differ depending on your system.

note: Make sure dreamweaver is closed before deleting the cache files. I'd also go to WebAssist->Preferences and choose wizard settings and change the delay setting to "Long Delay"

3) Test and see if the problem is fixed. If you still have issues, then try reinstalling eCart.

4) If that still doesn't fix it then I'll need to set up a screen sharing session with you to debug it further. Just reply here with your phone number in the private area and I'll give you a call.

Replying to a thread moves it down the queue, since it has me answer oldest posts first. Let me know if you still have issues and we can do screen sharing to look into it further.
