I am getting a javascript error

I have had to reinstall Dreamweaver on a new computer (Dreamweaver 2020) and when I install the extension for WeAssist I open Dreamweaver and get the attached error message which also takes about 6 clicks to get rid of. Can you let me know what I should be doing?

Try reinstalling eCart. That file should have been installed with eCart but it must have not finished installing properly.

Trying to reinstall but keep getting this message although I am connected to the internet and everything else is getting through. Some setting somewhere I need to change?

Could be a firewall blocking the download. If you give me a call I can help you install it manually if we can't figure it out.

Ray - something very odd has happened. I opened DW and the Activation Box appeared. But when I try and type in the activation number it types in backwards!! So trying to type hS4gx for instance it comes up in the box as xg4Sh.

That sounds like a browser or computer setting that is out of whack. Does that happen for other fields too? There are various places you can update settings to use left to right or right to left text. It sounds like it got updated on your machine somehow.
