No email receipts : Today both of my stores have stopped sending email receipts to customers after sale completion

Hello,

I have two different stores and everything has worked normally for them up until today when both of them stopped sending automated receipts to customers on completion of their sales. I have not changed any settings for my site.

Can you please fix this problem?
