I want to consider using 'Load More' records verses pagination or in conjunction with pagination. Looking for Pro's, Con's & Guidance to implement

Is the load more also based on the same repeating region?
ie Is it feasible to have pagination load next 30 records and load more add 10 more records?
Better yet, can more records just continue to load as the user scrolls?

Infinite scroll is possible with plugins, but is tricky to pull off. If you haven't done it before, then you would probably need a support ticket to get it done.
