email order notification

I tested an order in my PowerStore and the order shows up in admin and Paypal, but I didn't get an email notification of the order (either as the purchaser or as the Admin).

It is unclear in Settings where to enter that email address.

There are several email settings, but none of them say "For email notifications of order" or something to that effect.

Where do I enter that address?

And how do I make it send a confirmation email to the customer?

We were able to fix this in a screen sharing session this morning... let me know if you need help with anything else.
