I would like to know that is there any way or tools from WA to build a web with JSON data instead of MySQLi data? Or Can I call a third part API and visualize their data by using WA tools?

It isn't designed to do that... You might be able to, but I don't think it would end up saving you any time or coding. I could probably help you in a premier support ticket if you wanted.
