Problem with sales tax, order number, and correct sum on the live page

Hi, the problem occurred out of the blue; no change in code.

For European orders, the success page generates four emails—one to the customer, 2 to different departments, and a control email to myself.

Problems:
- All three emails have different time stamps (which might be expected).
- One email came through without the order number (missing both from the email body and subject line
- the result of sales tax was very different in one email (not sure about the email of the customer)
- sales tax should be 19% but isn't
- sum of amounts isn't correct

I am still trying to understand how these problems would occur.

Do you guys have any ideas?

I attached screenshots and hopefully all the necessary pages.

It looks like emails may be sent from other locations? I'd have to debug this one. I don't think one email server behavior would send different emails with such long time differences in between.

I am trying to understand what other locations mean. They are sent to different locations but from Godaddy, the website's host.

What would you need to debug this? Would we need a ticket or a screen share session?

Yes. I think we would have to do a screen sharing session. I'd need to track down when and where the emails are being sent. I'm guessing they must be sent from another page in the process.

I am in Germany at the moment. I think our time difference is 9 hours. Anything up to 9 PM German time would work, which is 12 PM your time.
