How can I install Databridge as an extension on Dreamweaver 21.3?

I downloaded the DataBridge_235.zxp file but cannot install it because my computer does not know how to open the file. Also when I go to Dreamweaver > Window > Extensions in Dreamweaver I get a message that no extensions are available. How do I move forward in installing the extension?
