update record when form value is correct?

Hello Ray,
I would like to update a record when a user enters the correct value in a form field in real time without reloading the page.
What is the right approach to do this with DB2?
Can I use conditions on the update trigger?

You can use a hidden iframe or ajax to submit the page and it won't be visible to the user.

You could use a framework plugin... There is a behavior to load plugin to div that you can submit the form and load a div that isn't visible.
