Show name with link if it exists in specified colum of database.

I have a table with names and generation of names. I am showing name, father, mother and mother's father.
Those names are in the associated fields of the database as father, mother and mother's father so the name displays from that column.

I want to show the LINKED version of that name if father is also in the users.
