Applyserverbehavior error

Hey Ray. I'm working on an older site that uses SecurityAssist's Authenticate User and am upgrading to MySQLi. I removed old SB and in trying to add new one, I get the "While executing applyServerBehavior in SecurityAssist Authenticate User.htm, a JavaScript error occurred." I cleared my MacCache and restarted DW, but get the same error. I've attached the current page.
