Server update PHP7.4 to 8.1

My host is updating PHP version from 7.4 to 8.1 in a couple of weeks. Having done a quick test I see that no pages load on my site. No meaningful error messages either unfortunately.

If I just create a new WebAssist folder in the root of my site using the latest version of the extension is that likely to be the most efficient solution to this problem?

Any other tips/ideas?

That latest version of webassist files should work on php8.1. If you turn on error reporting on the page or in the php.ini file then you should get a meaningful error message to help you figure out which files need to be updated.
