Changing URL to category Names and Product Names

Changing URL to category Names and Product Names

I am trying to change the URLs to show the category name as well as product name.
For example:
I would like the CatergoryID be changed to the category name rather than the 92.
Same goes for the productID

I would just like it to be like this for the URL:
then when you click on the product

Is there an easy way to do this?
Thank you in advance

This would take quite a bit of custom coding to get the store to behave that way. You'd have to change the queries on the database and the way the forwarding links work.
