Data Assist Activation problem !!

dear Webassist ,
i bought some extensions , but when i try to install it i found this message
" Error 2 Activation can not be completed "
what happened? how can i fix this problem

It tells a little bit of the story... but I can't fix it remotely. I'll need to debug it with screen sharing. It tells me that either there aren't sufficient privileges to write to the activation file, or the system is unable to get your MAC address. I can debug and get it working with control of your computer in a screen sharing session if you want to give me a call.

Then we can do screen sharing and I can figure out why it isn't working properly for you and get it fixed.
