Powerstore VS ECart

I need to set up a new online store. I would love to be a beta tester for your new product if this is an option and we can start soon.
If not, I need to make a decision between PowerStore and eCart. I love all the built in features of Powerstore, the categories, the admin dashboard with order management, reports etc. I understand we can customize the theme so Powerstore seems like the way to go as I can have it up and running in a day or 2 with all those features.

Is there any reason/reasons you feel I should use eCart vs powerstore?
Thank you,

No... powerstore uses eCart. With powerstore you just start with a pre-built store instead of starting from scratch. The new powerstore v4 won't be available for a while still, so beta testing isn't an option yet.
