I'd need FTP access to debug it. The issue is happening on the page:
https://www.jl-haas.com/webassist/captcha/wavt_captchasecurityimages.php

You could try adding error reporting to that page and browsing it directly.

You had an older version of the file: webassist/captcha/wavt_captchasecurityimages.php

I uploaded the latest version and that seems to have corrected the problem. Please reinstall DataBridge an you won't have this issue in future implementations.

I'm not sure why the captcha file was an older version, but reinstall again just in case. Maybe that file was leftover from something else.

The version of the file:
webassist/captcha/wavt_captchasecurityimages.php

hasn't been updated. I updated it to the latest version and that page is working.

Did you re-generate the Captcha and re-upload that file after reinstalling? It should have created the new version of that file the next time a captcha was created.

Have uploaded the file. Can't connect to the database - I have deleted the connection scripts and connected to the testing server.
Getting error - unidentified error has occurred or http:404
How can i re-generate the file?

To re-generate the file:

1) Go to Window->Properties
2) click on the design view captcha image
3) An edit button should appear in the properties window... click it
4) Click 'Ok' and that should re-generate all captcha files
