Validating unique email fails

Odd registration behavior after creating pages with DB > SA

On use, with an empty reg DB I can create two identical users, with identical emails.
However if i submit a third, the server behaviors identify the duplicate email, show the notification and prevents from adding a new entry.

I've removed the password validation as this isnt a public facing page.

Not clear what is causing this.

I've attached the page code.

Any thoughts?

On an insert page the "Key Value" for the unique validation settings should just be set to 0.

It is meant for update pages so that your current user's value isn't rejected.

Did this help? Tips are appreciated...

That's a good spot, although the server validation wizard does populate the key value field with <?php echo ((isset($_SESSION["SecurityAssist_usrID"]))?$_SESSION["SecurityAssist_usrID"]:"0"); ?>

Replacing with a zero has enabled the unique validation as expected.

thanks Ray
