Power CMS hide live edit is not working
1) Please help me get the live edit working. If I just need to locate the beta zip file, and download and upload the WA_CMS/WA_CMS.php file please explain where I can find this.
2) I will also want my client to be able have the option of plain text pasting, however I do not quite understand the fix for that.

I fixed the issue with the live edit. That is updated in the WA_CMS/WA_CMS.php file.
I also updated the beta zip file with the change.
The latest version of ckeditor does the plain text formatting a little differently.
You can identify what tags, properties, and classes to keep when pasting individually.
You can add it on the update page in the editor code like:
