Delete and insert Queries

In the attached file BL_Admin_Annual_Lists_Edit_Form.php, lines 72 to 107 are not executing.

For the Delete query, if there is no record to delete, does that screw up the code? Does it still get to the GOTO line?

It should work. It should redirect even if no record is found to delete. I'd have to debug it in a screen sharing session or with ftp access and steps to reproduce. I'm not sure where it is failing since I can't spot the issue in the code.
