insert query

The insert query starting at line 38 throws up a SQL syntax error and doesn't run.

This:
$rsMembers['member_name']

Should be:
$rsMembers->getColumnVal('member_name')

Now I get.

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function getColumnVal() on array in /home/w72w9xoqmrbx/public_html/porc/PORC_Admin_Batch_Round1_Form.php:52 Stack trace: #0 {main} thrown in /home/w72w9xoqmrbx/public_html/porc/PORC_Admin_Batch_Round1_Form.php on line 52

Sorry my mistake. I didn't see the foreachloop above.

Try this. Update line 47 to:
foreach($rsMembers->Results as $rsMembersArr) {

Then update:
$rsMembers->getColumnVal("member_name")

to:
$rsMembersArr["member_name"]

If you still get an error, copy and paste the exact error message and I can try to help.
