Session variables

I have two session variables (birdername and birder_ID) that are set on page 1 (birdlists_search_onebirder.php).

However, when it goes to page 2 (BL_Life_PA_OneBirder.php), the value of birder_ID is fine, but the birdername shows the value from the previous selection, not the current selection.

In other words, when I first make a selection on page 1 and choose Andy Keister, the next page shows blank for birdername. When I go back to page 1 and choose Al Guarente, then page 2 shows the Andy Keister!

The birder_ID variable is correct in both instances, matching the name that I selected.

So page 2 will show the right ID, but the wrong name.

Can you figure out what is going on here?

birder_ID is set on line 7 and birdername is set on line 33.

Since you have a @session_commit(); on line 13, you would have to re-start the session in order to save another session variable lower on the page. You can probably just remove that line.
