Can't create a MySQLi recordset

I create a new MySQLi connection, I test my connection, and it was made successfully. I choose the table and the columns I want to use, click TEST, and I get the following error: An unidentified error has occurred. I am using MySQLi server behaviors version 1.0.8. I'm also using PHP version: 8.0.3.

Should I try removing the extension and installing a new one? Thank you.

No I don't think removing the extension would help.

Try Closing and opening Dreamweaver. If that doesn't work, try going to: Site->Advanced->Remove Connection Scripts then test the connection again.

If that still doesn't work, post your phone number in the private area of a reply and I'll call you and help you debug over the phone.

I removed the extension and installed it again, and now it's working. Thanks.
