My business listing form quit working when I moved to new design.

We updated to MySQLi and everything works fine on old site. I believe the issue is related to the recordset that we use to validate logged in users and update content. On the new site we use a SA recordset to validate, on the old site we used a different recordset to update the content.

I have attached both files and log in credentials and links in private message.

I think the issue you are asking about is why the select list only shows one record.

That list is populated from the recordset above:
<?php
$WADAtbl_discipline = new WA_MySQLi_RS("WADAtbl_discipline",$HotNetwork_i,1);
$WADAtbl_discipline->setQuery("SELECT * FROM list_discipline");
$WADAtbl_discipline->execute();
?>

The first line shows the maximum number of rows to display. Change the '1' to '0' in order to have the recordset return all of the rows from that table.
