url with search string

Hi Ray

Am trying to create a drop down on this site that drops down from 'people' which should be for:

the filters should be:
1. staff includes admin (StaffType 3) and clerks (StaffType 2) (if you look at search drop down on that page)
2 barrister includes all the other that arent in the above ( barristers StaffType 0 and pupils StaffType 1)

Not sure how to structure the URl so that it returns those depending on the nav point selected

Have attached the page file

I'm having trouble figuring out what you question is exactly. Give me a call on my skype and you can walk me through it.
