Content Pages are not showing up in menu

In my clients stores we currently have two custom pages but only the first one appears in the menu under more.

I see in the content section there is an item listed custom menu but it only appears to update the top row.
I was under the impression that all new pages created under custom pages would appear under the More Tab in the menu.

The recordset that returns the custom pages was set to only return one record. Sorry about that. I fixed it on your site.

Thank you! I just realized the hide live edit is not working on this site either.

I was able to fix that issue. It was missing in the file webassist/themes/theme_close.php
