Jamie

hiding content until email is submitted

Hey Ray

Just wondering what your thoughts would be on this scenario.

Client wants to hide some content behind a simple form (asking for email address) so that a successful submission either reveals the content or takes the visitor to a new page with the content on.

How would I hide the content or make it inaccessible until the form submission triggers visibility?

thanks

Jamie

You could save a session variable on form submission and use that session variable to hide/show the content.

Hi Ray and thanks

Am almost there

I think I have managed to do it (see PM) but the session slug is visible on the success page https://gyazo.com/98a62bbddd96e40306b5cf65fa5521bf - how would you hide / remove that so they cant just copy the url and give it to someone else?

Give me a call in Skype... I want to talk it through so I understand what you are doing.
