I can enter a record into my database with "Data Bridge"

I tried to create a form with which I should write records to my database.
So far I have not succeeded.
I do not recognize the process.
Is there an explanatory video where it is shown how I can enter a record into my database with "Data Bridge"?

It should be very simple... There is no one way, so there probably isn't a video on the exact steps you need to follow for your application.

What have you tried? Where are you stuck? Do you have a page you can attach where you have tried? If you give me more information then I can probably lead you in the right direction.
