Fatal error when attempting to upload an image

I just moved a page which you recently assisted me the tasks of uploading images to the S3 Bucket. The page is working great on the 'old site' but I am getting this fatal error on the new site.

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function getColumnVal() on null in

Line 77 refers to the recordset: SecurityAssisttbldirectorylistings

But that recordset isn't defined until line 153. You probably just need to move that recordset above the code so it can be referenced.
