Browse Server button opens blank upload page in HTMLEditor

re: Windows 11 PC running XAMPP for MySQLi & PHP on localhost

When I click on the "browse server" button in the Image Properties panel, I get only "localhost/hlaa/webassist/kcfinder/index.php?uicolor=%23eee&theme=webassist_v2&CKEditor=article&CKEditorFuncNum=1&langCode=en" displaying in the URL - the rest of the page is blank.

This page works perfectly on my public server... but not on my Windows 11 localhost (I'm using XAMPP).

Any ideas what's preventing my upload directory from displaying its content on my PC?

It could be missing files. A blank page is hard to debug, but usually means you have an error but debug_errors is turned off in the php.ini file.

You might be able to add code to the top of the webassist/kcfinder/index.php page.

php:
<?php

ini_set
("display_errors",1);
?>

Update...blank CKEditor fileupload page in Windows PC

UPDATE:

I uninstalled Xampp and installed WampServer in its place on my Windows 11 PC. Now when I click on the 'Browse Server' button, a bit more of the manager's screen displays... but not the entire page - the left and right panels display "unknown error" in my Leathernecks website. In my HLAA site only the top part of the manager displays. (Please see my attachments)

When Xampp was installed, the manger was completely blank. So have I made any progress trying to trouble-shoot why ckeditor isn't completely working?

If you post your phone number then I can call you to do screen sharing to debug this issue.
