Security header is not valid

Keep getting Security header is not valid error on one static product. My API credentials are correct. Not using sandbox. SSL on the site. I haven't worked in ecart for many years and am wondering if PayPal has implemented changes that make my setup generate errors. ecart 6.1.3

"Security header is not valid" means there is an issue with your credentials. Maybe you are using live credentials on sandbox or vice-versa. It could also be you are using a paid for service that you aren't subscribed to (taking credit cards on your site directly). If you give me FTP access and steps to reproduce then I could probably tell you which issue you are running into.

I'll need FTP access to debug. Dreamweaver site file would work.

I can't seem to get through... Do you have IP blocking? You may need to add my IP address to allow me to access the files.

You just had some extra spaces at the end of your username and password. I fixed it and the checkout seems to work now. Look at: /webassist/ecart/checkout/credentials/gateways.php

You will see the extra spaces in that file. If you download the one I uploaded you can see where I removed them to get it working.

Thanks Ray! Is this a common problem?

It is relatively common to make that mistake when you copy and paste from the web to include blank space before or after.
