Error message while generating DA pages. Reinstalled DA, but now getting new error.

See attached screenshots. Error 1 was while DA Pages was building/outputting the usual insert, update, etc.

Error 2 was after I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. I simply launched DA Pages wizard after activating it and keep getting this.

This appears to be an autosave issue and it not finding the connection or columns that existed previously. You may be able to get back in by opening it with a new site defined. Otherwise, please post your phone number and I can do screen sharing with you to reset it manually.

I got a garbled voicemail from you that I believe said you were on vacation. Hopefully somewhere exotic, hence the poor connection. If you manage to find connectivity and have an inclination to call, please do. Or if you can type out the instructions, I can try and remedy it myself? I'm stuck here not able to use the DA wizard and need to get started on a project. Thanks!!

Stop the presses, I managed to uninstall and reinstall (the latest file "DataBridge_235.zxp") using the DMX Zone tool and I've now run the DA wizard with success. Now I'm getting some errors in the log when I submit the insert form:

Here's the first part of that WA_DBScript file:

<?php
// version 1.1
ini_set("display_errors",1);
if((function_exists("get_magic_quotes_gpc") && get_magic_quotes_gpc()) || (ini_get('magic_quotes_sybase') && ( strtolower(ini_get('magic_quotes_sybase')) != "off" ))) {
foreach($_POST as $k => $v) {
if (is_array($_POST[$k])) {

I'm sure this was the latest zip file I downloaded from your site. Any thoughts? I'm happy to just manually delete the reference to magic_quotes at this point.

Things seem to be working fine regardless of the depreciated get_magic_quotes. I'll leave it for now, but just a heads up that the WA_DBScript file contains it.

You could try manually deleting the old save data file.

If you are on windows, open windows explorer and go to: %appdata%

Then browse to the Adobe folder and choose the Dreamweaver version you are using. Drill down to /en_us/Configuration/Shared/Webassist/DataAssist/AutoSave.xml

Delete that file and try again. Let me know if that helps.

Actually, that message was to fix your original issue. You can ignore the deprecated message issue. Sorry, yes I'm in Hawaii this week but I'll have a better internet connection next week and can help more efficiently.
