Remove elements from response form

How do I prevent the "Datasent" and the "Submit" elements from displaying in my email response forms? They're really not necessary and display in all of my response forms. (See my attachment)

On the top of the email body page you will find code that can be used to easily remove elements. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions.

Copy this line:

$remove[] = "";

and put the name of the field you want removed.

Got it to work!

Thanks for the tip, Ray...

I edited lines 3 and 4 and the response no longer displays the DataSent and Submit line items. this is good to know since the GUI offers no place to add/edit the line items desired to appear in the response.
