Send email via a cronjob on an addon domain

I have sent emails out via cronjobs before without any issue. I am trying to send them out from an addon domain and seem to be coming up against a few problems. I have managed to get the email to actually send by changing the require_once to:
<?php require_once(__DIR__.'/../../Connections/connect_i.php'); ?>
<?php require_once(__DIR__.'/../../webassist/mysqli/rsobj.php'); ?>
<?php require_once(__DIR__.'/../../webassist/email/WA_Email.php'); ?>

The problem is with the body of the email. I am just getting:
Email body file not found: /home/gbarrett/followup1.php

I have attached the file.
At the minute the link to the body file is:
$Email->BodyFile = "../../webassist/email/flow/followup/followup1.php";

I have tried with an absolute url but I get the same error.

What should I use to make it work via the cronjob?

I've fixed it.

$Email->BodyFile = __DIR__."/../../webassist/email/flow/followup/followup1.php";

Yes, cron jobs run without context, so relative paths won't work. Your solution is the right one.
