Use a file for design

I have created an email template I want to use to send out via PowerMessenger. How do i select the file I want to use. If I select 'Use a file for design' and then click the browse icon it just show me a list of pre-designed templates.

The same happens if I select 'Design on this page' and the click the button 'Get From Page' - it brings up a set list of templates and doesn't allow me to select my own.

If I select one of the pages ie filters I get an error message. See attachment. The files are there though at that location.

I know I must be doing something wrong because I have searched the forum and no-one else seems to have a problem.

The FTP information provided takes me to an empty directory. I'll need access to the powermessenger files.

This should be fixed. It was an issue with the browse file functionality. Please try again.
