sorting products in catalog by classification

I would like the presentation of products to roughly match the menu; any way I can control this, or am I asking too much?

It can be done. All of the pages can be opened and edited in Dreamweaver. Most likely you just need to add an ORDER BY statement to the recordset in your /webassist/plugins/catalog/results.php page.

I added it for you. It was actually a little more difficult than I thought so I had to add a mysql routine to get the correct order. It should be working now.
