The FTP information doesn't seem to be working for me. Please test it and make sure there are no IP address restrictions in place.

I set it up fresh in Transmit and got in ok.

Found one item that helped:

blank line on connection.

Testing further with blank pages.

Looks like that was the problem!!

It resolved check out to paypal, and blank pages in admin updates
