Multi Image Upload

Sorry - me again ;)
I thought I had managed to get this to work after speaking to you, but the image name just doesn't insert into the database. The image itself uploads ok and the correct number of records insert into the database (if I add 1 image - 1 record is inserted, if I add 2 images - 2 records are inserted) but the image field is always empty. I have inserted the server file name from the bindings panel into my page to check the path is correct and it is (below is the server file name of the first image)
<?php echo $WA_DFP_UploadStatus["WA_UploadResult1"]["WA_UploadResult1_1"]["serverFileName"]; ?>

On line 123 you have:
$_SESSION['uploadedFiles'][i]

It should be:
$_SESSION['uploadedFiles'][$i]
