file uploads have stopped

Using your database creator everything was working and always has worked fine BUT just in the last few days on one of the servers we use, file uploads have quit!! There is no upload or filename showing in the database. I'm thinking it is a server problem because all addon sites on that server have the same problem. I couldn't find a php.ini file and the server people say one is not needed?? Is there a port they possible closed that would cause this?? I know it is not your program but can you at least point me in the right direction.

There is always a php.ini file. My best guess is that one of the following settings is causing it to fail:

* session.gc_maxlifetime
* max_input_time
* max_execution_time
* upload_max_filesize
* post_max_size
* upload_tmp_dir

You may be able to display the upload error on the page after the upload fails to get more information.

Did this help? Tips are appreciated...

it was an apache server mod_security rules that causes the problem. They whitelisted me and all is fine now. The giveaway was when I opened a new account with them and it did exactly the same thing. You've always been very helpful so I sent you a little something.
