Universal email

I have set up universal email for a client (files attached) and it seems that the forms are not submitting to the To or From email. It does submit to the BCC emails but not the main one. Is this standard or am I doing something wrong?

No, it should go to both. It could be a spam issue, but if you are sending from the domain that has the registered to and from email addresses, then that wouldn't make much sense either. If it goes to the BCC, then it is sending, so it must be spam blocked somehow if there are no typos in the FROM address.

Do you have the latest version of Databridge v2? That has a much improved email library that would allow you to make more reliable email messages by sending through authenticated SMTP just like you would if you sent if from a phone or your home computer.
