Error in uiInitialize: Range Error: invalid array length when trying to use Checkout Wizard

I have set up my cart page. Which all works correctly.
I am now trying to use the eCart Checkout Wizard but I just get the above error.
I have tried deleting and reinstalling the ecart extension. I have deleted the wincache. I have tried opening the server behavior panel manually before trying to run the wizard but I just keep getting the same error.

I'd have to debug this with you. Can you attach a copy of your shopping cart page? I'll try to reproduce it.
