Problems with User Login, etc

Hoping you are well.

”Fatal error: Cannot declare class WA_MySQLi_RS, because the name is already in use in /var/www/vhosts/kofibusia.com/httpdocs/webassist/mysqli/rsobj.php on line 3”

Unfortunately, one of my users has just reported the above error when trying to log in to check her specs and data:in the PowerMessenger database.

I am hoping it is something simple, stupid, & inadvertently ridiculous I have done while being in a hurry to catch up while recuperating.

I'd need FTP access, or at least an attached copy of the page that users_login.php page. It sounds like there is more than one reference to the rsobj.php file on the page and you probably just have to delete one.

For some reason your server isn't respecting the require_once() command and it is adding the file more than once. I resolved the problem by deleting the references to rsobj.php and queryobj.php from the users_profile.php page since it is already added by the theme file at the top of the page.

That now seems to be working.

I do not know what happened to the server in the 2 months or so I was indisposed and not using it.
