error occurred in updateProgressPanel: TypeError: document.getElementByID("fullProgress") has no properties

A few weeks ago I began getting this error when I tried to use Security Assist or DataBridge.

error occurred in updateProgressPanel: TypeError: document.getElementByID("fullProgress") has no properties

It slowed down the use of the tool to the point that I uninstalled everything on my Mac and formatted my drive again and did a complete OS reinstall. I then installed Dreamweaver again and did a fresh install of DataBridge.

The error persist. Is there a way to fix this?

I'm not sure what is causing that error. if you post your phone number or contact me via Skype I can do screen sharing with you in order to debug it and determine a solution.

missing files in Floaters folder

it looks like the Configuration/Floaters/WA_SiteTools_ProgressV2.htm and whatever other files go into that folder are missing, somehow when the script installed it didn't download the files? Could that be?

I suppose it is possible. Try reinstalling the DataBridge extension and make sure the secondary installer completes.
