Minor Issue with SA when testing with PHP Notices turned on

Now I know that production servers generally do not have notices displayed but when testing my apps on my local server I very often turn them on to catch problems before I turn them live and whenever I do Security Assist does not work returning this error:
Notice: Undefined index: HTTPS in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/cotswold/WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php on line 136 and line 36 reads like so:

php:
$redirectURL = 'http'.(($_SERVER["HTTPS"] && $_SERVER["HTTPS"]!="off")?"s":"").'://'.$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'].$redirectURL;

if you rewrite it like so:

php:
$redirectURL = 'http'.((isset($_SERVER["HTTPS"]) && $_SERVER["HTTPS"]!="off")?"s":"").'://'.$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'].$redirectURL;

this solves the issue.

Any chance of logging this as a bug and applying this fix ?
