contact form not sending - http://pmsites.com/contact.php

Hi I've followed "CUSTOMIZE FORM ELEMENTS IN YOUR FORM GENERATED EMAILS" to what I thought was perfect.

Im not sure what I'm doing wrong but when I submit the form im getting this error:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'PHPMailer\PHPMailer\PHPMailer' not found in /homepages/26/d816742714/htdocs/pmsites.com/webassist/email/WA_Email.php:118 Stack trace: #0 /homepages/26/d816742714/htdocs/pmsites.com/contact.php(31): WA_Email->__construct('contact') #1 {main} thrown in /homepages/26/d816742714/htdocs/pmsites.com/webassist/email/WA_Email.php on line 118

do I need to upload these files to the server?

Thanks

I did that and now Im getting

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'PHPMailer\PHPMailer\PHPMailer' not found in /homepages/26/d816742714/htdocs/pmsites.com/webassist/email/WA_Email.php:118 Stack trace: #0 /homepages/26/d816742714/htdocs/pmsites.com/contact.php(31): WA_Email->__construct('contact') #1 {main} thrown in /homepages/26/d816742714/htdocs/pmsites.com/webassist/email/WA_Email.php on line 118

so I open WA_Email.php and it says this on

line 118 $this->Mailer = new PHPMailer(true);

It should work... I'd need FTP access to debug it.
