finishButton error: ReferenceError:WA_VersionControl is not defined

I am trying to do a dynamic dropdown following this tutorial:http://www.webassist.com/tutorials/Dynamic-Dropdowns-with-Data-Bridge-2-0
When trying to insert the plug-in into the main page- I get this error (attached) and I cannot go any further.

I'd try reinstalling the extension and clearing the cache file. If that doesn't work, then I'll have to debug this with you in a screen sharing session. Please reply with a US phone number or Skype contact information in the private area and I'll give you a call to set it up.

Thank you - that worked. However I now have another problem. I was able to save the Insert Plug-in. You can see it in my server behaviours list as 'Static Plug-in (appliancetypeUpdate). I am now trying to add the Ajax Functionality - I have selected the select field in the main page and gone to WebAssist >Framework Builder but I don't have the option: Framework Builder > Load Plugin to Div. See attachment. I have saved the the file and closed it and opened it again but I just don't have that option.

It is in the "Behaviors" window, not the "Server Behaviors" window.
