How doI work on my dream weaver CS3 sites since the license expired?

I lost access to my files because I don’t know what program to use I thought when I bought that program it was mine and now they’re withdrawing the license

Thank you for any guidance
I did purchase a upgraded version of Adobe Dreamweaver C is 5.5 but I could never get it to upgrade after they took the license away

I really don't know. You may need to contact adobe about this. If you have a valid purchase of CS3 then I don't think your license would expire.

You could always purchase the current version and update your sites with it.
